Sure, I include some practical information...but the meat and potatoes of ARISE are based on building a strong foundation spirit, body, and soul. I include training on mindset, soul cleansing, PTSD relief, inner healing, anxiety/depression coping methods, body education, sexual intimacy, and much more. . I don't just give you bits and pieces of info for you to pick through: I give you an all-inclusive buffet. Everything I have experienced and learned is included in ARISE.

When you sign up, you'll get access to all workbooks, journals, video training, and tech tutorials. There is no waiting! You can dive in and explore right away! I do suggest taking each phase 1 week at a time and completing it all the way through. You can take longer than a week per phase, but I don’t suggest going faster than one week.
