Meet Sylvia. Sylvia has a story, a story that tried to wreck her but instead formed her. Her father sexually abused Sylvia in her infant to toddler years. She experienced domestic abuse, which is primarily the case in 97% of Sexual Abuse victims. Growing up, she was exposed to images and videos not appropriate for children and repeated sexual abuse over the years. This led to PTSD, Alcoholism, Depression, Anxiety, Co-Dependency, and a ton of Shame. When Sylvia was in her 20's, she started a journey to her freedom! Every chain was broken, and she now lives her full design and potential! She founded Live Called Well and designed the course ARISE because there are other Sylvia's out there!
